LGPD

Introduction

LGPD or Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados is Brazil’s General Law of Personal Data Protection and came into effect on the 18th of September 2020. Largely inspired by Europe’s General Data Protection Act (GDPR), the LGPD establishes rules on collecting, handling, storing, and sharing personal data managed by organizations in Brazil.

Complying with LGPD

Failure to comply with the LGPD can result in fines for a non-compliant organization that trades in Brazil. InMobi is committed to supporting its publisher and advertiser partners in their transition to comply with the LGPD.

We have updated our Privacy Policy to indicate the type of data being processed and the purposes of the processing. We have also implemented appropriate mechanisms to honor any rights that data subjects under LGPD (such as the right to know, access, and deletion of personal data) and notify the same downstream.
