Compliance Declaration

Publishers must comply with the data privacy regulations to avoid penalties and respect user consent preferences. By accepting the terms for CCPA, GDPR, and LGPD on the Publisher Dashboard, you enable InMobi to honor the end-user consent shared by you through the bid requests and deliver targeted advertisements as per the user preferences. You can restrict InMobi from processing the end-user data through the Compliance Declaration page in case you choose to opt out.

Compliance Declaration Settings

  1. Log in/sign up to your InMobi Publisher Platform account here.
  2. Navigate to the Compliance tab on the left-side menu. You will land on the Compliance Declaration page.
  3. Here you can see all your compliance acceptances in one place. To change your LGPD settings, click Change.
  4. For GDPR and CCPA, raise a ticket to the Support Portal to request a change. Select the Category as 'General' and the Topic of Concern as 'Compliance on CI' while raising a ticket.
