In-Feed Video

Overview

InMobi supports placing video ads inside in-feed ad placements, typically within scrollable feeds in non-gaming mobile apps. These in-feed placements generally occupy the same space as a 300x250 Medium Rectangle (MREC) banner. The InMobi video player expands to fill the available space and plays the VAST video, along with the end card, including all associated VAST events and trackers. This inventory is not enabled by default. Contact your InMobi representative to activate it for your DSP.

Specifications

  • InMobi's In-feed video is enabled only for VAST and played by InMobi's video player. For more information, see Video specifications.
  • It is recommended to use 16:9 landscape videos and end cards, though 9:16 portrait videos are acceptable too.
  • InMobi clearly marks in-feed video opportunities:
    • Ad size will be 300x250
    • '6' and '7' values will be omitted in the 'battr' field
    • The 'instl' filed by set to '0', marking that this is not an interstitial
