Double End Card (Default)

Overview

InMobi Exchange supports Double End Card (DEC) for video ads, enabling demand partners to display two consecutive end cards after a video ad completes or is skipped by the user. This feature provides an additional opportunity to engage users, reinforce brand messaging, and drive conversions.

How it works

The Double End Card experience consists of the following sequence:

  1. The video ad plays.
  2. The first end card is displayed.
  3. The double end card is displayed immediately after the first.

The Exchange determines whether to render the double end card based on the value returned by the DSP in the bid response.

Sample:

Bid Request

To indicate support for Double End Card, InMobi Exchange introduces a custom extension named vxec under BidRequest.imp.ext.

Parameter

Field Type Description
vxec Integer Video Exit End Card (vxec) indicates whether Double End Card is supported.
Values: 1 - Double End Card is supported.0 - Double End Card is not supported.

Bid Response

To indicate whether InMobi Exchange should display a double end card, DSPs must populate the vxec extension under BidResponse.seatbid.bid.ext.

Parameter

Field Type Description
vxec Integer Video Exit End Card (vxec) indicates whether a double end card should be rendered.
Values: 1 - Display a Double End Card.0 - Do not display a Double End Card.
